Operating Principle The ViscoPro 1500 electronic processor manages viscosity with "set and forget" ease. It is ideal for embedded single or rack mounted multi-channel applications with Cambridge Applied Systems' in-line process viscosity sensors, like the 8 line system shown to the left.

The ViscoPro1500 is intuitive to operate and provides viscosity, temperature, and temperature-compensated viscosity (TCV) on a visual display, or RS-232/RS-485 ports. The system also provides a proportional-integral control output.
"Set and forget" ease is achieved through intuitive operating logic and displays, simplified temperature-compensated viscosity accurate proportional-integral control output and cleans itself without operator Involvement.
This cleaning feature senses when the process line or tank is being cleaned, then directs the associated sensor to clean itself automatically and prepare for the next process fluid.
