Operating Principle The ViscoPro 1000 industrial electronic interface cards provide continual monitoring of viscosity and temperature when used with piston style electromagnetic viscosity viscometers. Viscosity is displayed in centiPoise and temperature is displayed in Celsius. The ViscoPro 1000 is primarily used for process applications where a single measurement range is sufficient to cover the normal viscosity range of the process fluid. Systems from Cambridge Applied Systems measure in overlapping ranges between 0.2 and 20,000 centiPoise. Factory calibration is included. A 4-20mA loop provides analog output for a PLC, data acquisition system or PC. Viscometers can be located up to 350 feet from the electronics. |
