NERAS-2000 Two-Phase Separator from New England Research

The NERAS-2000 is a precision ultrasonic level monitor.  The NERAS-2000 measure the level of water and oil in its gravity-based 2-phase high-pressure separator.  It provides output signals (serial ASCII characters) proportional to either absolute level or relative to a user-selectable set-point.  Measurements are made six times a second.

The manual contains installation and operating instructions for the NERAS-2000.  Instrument specifications and procedures for verifying proper operation are included.   Procedures are also included for adjusting the instrument to its performance specification.

Block diagrams, theory of operation, and separator disassembling/assembling information are provided for use in maintaining the instrument, as well as a spare parts list.
